Caesars Palace: Worldwide Attraction

Jay Sarno was just a modest motel owner when in 1962 he was lent the glorious amount of ten million dollars. In the same year, the first tower was built with 680 rooms along a 14-story building. The name, Caesars Palace, was chosen so that it will evoke the royalty and luxury from the Roman general Julious Caesar. The hotel was finally inaugurated on August 5, 1966.
