JM Media Group Presents the Country's First Entertainment Publishing House

Entertainment Publicity firm JM Media Group has announced the launch of its newest division. Signing Stars is a literary publishing house specializing in Entertainment Industry related subjects.

(I-Newswire) - Las Vegas, NV – October 14, 2005 – Entertainment Publicity firm JM Media Group is pleased to announce the addition of their latest division.  Signing Stars is a literary publishing house specializing in items related to the Entertainment Industry.  Officially launched on October 1, 2005, Signing Stars has already signed six new authors and is offering one of the most comprehensive distribution packages in the industry.

Signing Stars is the first literary publisher that deals specifically in entertainment related books.  JM Media Group President; Judith A. Moose, explains why she formed this new division.  “I am a three-time published author who tried to get a “traditional” publishing house to take on my books.  I have also tried to get two of my clients’ books accepted at those same houses.  Each one was turned down because they claimed there is no market for them.  Since they are all guide books on television series’ from the 80’s and 90’s, I found no alternative but to use a Print-on-Demand house.  They basically took the book for a fee and put it their website and on Amazon.com.  Nothing else was ever done on their end to promote the titles.  After doing a tremendous amount of research, I discovered that I was not the only one in this situation and I decided to do something about it.”

Signing Stars’ current authors are actress Lar Park Lincoln ( Knots Landing, Beverly Hills 90210 and QVC hostess ), Edward Eugene Baskett ( I Call Him Christopher: My Letters to Chris Matthews of Hardball”, Drake Robinson ( The Makings Of A Rainbow Warrior – A Master In Our Midst ), C. Elizabeth Lalla ( Who’s Who of the Stage & Screen ), Sasha Lauren ( Ay, There’s the Rub: Adventures of a Massage Therapist ) and Rich Levine ( Battlestar Galactica Companion ).
